Kindly read the following information below regarding your appointment.

Day of Appointment

  • In our bid to serve you better, kindly ensure you arrive 30 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment.
  • Facial Clients: Avoid wearing any makeup or skincare products on the day of the facial. This will allow the therapist to properly clean and assess your skin.
  • Body Massage Clients:
    1. Avoid consuming a large meal or heavy snacks immediately before the massage.

    2. Wear loose, comfortable clothing when coming to the spa for your session.

    3. Please try not to wear any jewelry when coming to the spa, because you will be asked to remove it before your massage session.
  • Teeth Whitening:
    1. Brush and floss your teeth thoroughly before the treatment to remove any plaque or debris that could affect the whitening process.

    2. If you have sensitive teeth, you may want to consider using a sensitivity toothpaste for a few days before the treatment to help reduce sensitivity.
  • Waxing Clients:
    1.     Your hair should be at least 3 weeks old (or at least ¼ inch long) before coming in for your waxing appointment. This allows the wax to grip the hair effectively, resulting in a smoother, longer-lasting finish. If your hair is too short, the wax may not be able to remove it effectively, and it may be more painful for you.

    2.     Take a pain reliever, such as ibuprofen, about 30 minutes before the appointment to help reduce discomfort.

    3.     Wear loose-fitting clothing to the appointment to make it easier to access the area to be waxed.

Rescheduling

  • If you need to make any change to your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours prior. If the change happens after 24 hours from your scheduled time, you will need to reschedule and forfeit 50% of the deposit made.
